I took this photo in Ginza during the Tokyo Marathon earlier this year...
just got the film back from being developed...
Slow but steady wins the race
Thought you might enjoy it...

Great color that really popped, particularly on that rainy day... and I love that campaign poster with all the runners and their times... very clever.

For me, no way
If I remember correctly, the Tokyo Marathon is the same day as the annual Camera Fair in Ginza and in previous years some of the runners were just passing as I came out of Matsuya... Always good photo opportunities in that area...
Yes, that's a good tag line by Seiko... and I was forced to look in the store window to see some of the Seikos...

somehow time and photography goes together well !
.....and then you ad watches
Nice slogan.

It was Fujifilm PRO400H color negative film... and a 50mm lens, one of my favorite combinations... One of the rare times that the film sat in the camera for an extended period... I was using a different camera and just last week got around to finishing of the 36 exposures... was surprised as I forgot what I had photographed
When ever I am in that area, I always stop by 'that shop' and look at the watches...

ただの数字じゃない
Time is what I am.
It's not just a number
Time is what I am.
There is a youtube video of this campaign, which is also quite interesting... it's a CM, so only about 30 seconds long and was made using the "time-slice technique", with multiple cameras rather than one camera over a period of time...
