A few days ago, we had a GTG with a great GS collector coming from Australia.
We could not miss to organise a nice gathering with some connoisseurs at Seiko Boutique Paris.
This one is a very rare bird, a piece of history. ;-)

So glad to see another GS56 like mine . . .
. . . and Cazalea's! Not that any Grand Seikos are common, but these shaped case models from the early '70s certainly don't get much exposure on the forums.

How come when an event like a GTG occurs in Paris
it's like the whole atmosphere and aura gets multiplied by 100X more class?
Love the GS watches my friends. That vintage hi-beat GS in the 8th photo, what is the reference may I ask? The GS Grammar of Design is strong with this one! Seiko needs to reissue a no-date version with Zaratsu polishing, Dia-shield coating, and the 9S84 hi-beat movement!
