..... and what a great summer! A good-to-be-alive type of summer.
Up in the Swiss mountains for a few weeks, I had just a few watches for the period. Still managed to have a short GTG with Epilogue and GR in Montreux one evening. Hope you like the pictures...some of watches I have never posted before as they sit in a safebox much of the time...but once or twice a year they get to party.
A lot of love for all these watches, but have to say for versatility and all-round enjoyment, the 16660 takes some beating. I am a little jealous of the BlackOut too!
.....the bezel has this ability to change colour and atmosphere....I really like it. I am waiting for the new releases next year to see if i get tempted by a modern, but if nothing comes next year, I will visit this GMT....very very nice watch.
...very versatile piece. I will upload some pictures for you as soon as I get back home where I have access to a respectable camera! Or even better, I will let you try it on if we meet someday!

The GMT2c is the first Rolex with green writing on the dial and 24h hand, is it not? It's also Rolex' flagship colour....these are little details to reflect on...
My eyes probably got blinded by the bright summer sun or my fixation on a brown MK2 1665 is giving me delusion. I believe more likely is the latter LOL
That dial for tne COMEX is just AWESOME. Is that yours and why don't you wear it? The double reds are great too but I'm just partial to the COMEX. Something about them just rings true with me.
