I don't really care about papers when I look for a Rolex Vintage, there are more important things to look at: Dial, Case are the most important things, they are 99% of your Vintage Rolex!

I know it is better to have the box and papers. But I never understood the importance. The price difference between a double red without or a double red with box, papers and goodies is imo insane. I wonder if those guys collect watches ... or boxes and papers

I am now interested in pieces where the premium for a complete set becomes 10 or 20 kEuros...which seems insane to me for a piece of paper...watches are expensive enough ;-)

Didn't know that the price difference for paper and box can be as much as 10-20k euros!!!

I guess these buyers are prepared to send it for international auction with the box and papers.

In this case better keep them away somewhere safe from cockroaches...
