After 1.5 years with the blue roman sector dial I switched back to the original dial with baguette diamonds. What a different watch it is now, more elegant / less sporty and also a lighter shade of ice blue. Enjoy midweek!

the roman sector dial with blue indices/hands is clearly better to read in different light conditions due to the contrast
this one is hard in the sun but well.... compared to my PP it is a kids game

I hope to get a DD40 someday…was presented with this one last Dec but a little too rich for me and my “boss”. The trapezoidal blings are nice but that bezel alone can buy another one these with just fluted bezel, which is my preference.

Your diamond dial is amazing. My DD search is kind of like the Goldilocks story. Thinking that I would be satisfied with more simpler dials, I ended up buying and trading 3 DDs. First one (36mm) was too small and not a good example of a meteroite dial. The second one wasn't easy to read the time and not so exciting to look at. But then I finally found one that is "just right" for me.
I couldn't be happier with my final version of my DD40. I haven't looked back ever again. Rolex diamond dials are just the right amount of bling, without going overboard.
