It depends on your personal taste, if you don't like having redundancy then it might be a good idea.

Unless it has some sentimental value, both are fairly easy to replace if you ever have buyer's remorse.
I’d go against what the others are saying..
Keep the 114060 and ditch the Starbucks. Not a fan of the latter. But i do like the 114060 as it’s the last of the 40mm sub granted that some may not like the lugs on that maxi case.
I made this exact trade a few years ago
It did not sit well. So I got the Sub back. For me , Sub > Explorer every time. I also share the sentiment that I would choose that model Sub over Starbucks. Just my opinion of course!
Which Explorer I? New 36mm?
I tried on the new 36mm, it certainly wears small, almost the same as my OP 34 114200. I’m tempted but in no hurry. Having two Subs is fun but maybe in your position I’d diversify, if those are your only two watches.
One 40mm maxi case, one 41mm new case - I prefer the new case A LOT more than the maxi, plus I like a date. The 11460 and Explorer are the 'famed' best watch ever etc, but never stuck with either, so personally I would not own either, but diversify with a second watch.

Like for like, I would need more different than the 11460, so would trade for Explorer though.
If you prefer
the Exp I over the non date Sub. I think
5 mm difference in size may have impact
on the wrist presence while wearing the
watch if is 36 mm Exp I.
