Flat hands are found in various models but not the lightening bolt.
The reason the gmt reference with concorde hands is important is the unique nature just like the gmt with dauphine hands. Very short run.

I have Concorde and described, it has the dash between oyster and perpetual,
But when you do a search on the net, most appear without this dash, do this mean that the watches without the dash has replacement dials?
Or was the watch available with both?

These watches with the Concorde hands had a very short run.
They came after the gold no crown guard 1675 which shared the same style dial with the dash. With Rolex we never say never, I was not in the factory in 1968/9 nor am I the original owner, but my experience is that the dash is without a doubt correct while no dash could be correct but could be a later replacement so choose the story line you want to follow. I will say this is the case for a 1675 no crown guard no dash and it will need to have a story to explain.

PS you can see loose dials for sale often but never with a dash between oyster and perpetual if you do it is more like $5k-10k not $500-$1000(Nos) for the dial with no dash. Much more rare fits a no crown guard 1675 and the Concorde 1675.
