And the bracelet is the best in business IMO. Very supple, fully tool-less adjustable links. Intricate finish. A marvel in bracelet engineering, pioneered by IWC in late 90s.

I love this watch too, and have owned one for many years. Recently I'd been considering letting it go but I think it deserves to survive the cut--this will never be a watch I regret having around!
Me too often think to let it go. Particularly because of the thickness.
But somehow every time i put it on my wrist, it re-ignites my passion when i was searching for one.
Since 2014, i bought it pre-owned. The first owner bought it on 2005, so it is from last batch before discontinued and replaced by the 42mm.
Thanks, Nico. The temptations of flipping is high, but at my soon-to-be-retiring age, and considering how pricey new watches are now...i have to be very careful.
