I haven't worn my PAM21 in a while so I made sure to take some pictures when I did. There's just something great about wearing a heavy platinum watch!
It's always a real pleasure winding up this Rolex movement because the wind click sound is extremely loud. Also, if it's really quiet in the room, you can hear the tick tock tick tock sound like in a pocket watch.
I was top bidder in the Antiquorum NYC auction in May 2004, so I've had this watch for over 9 years. Next year will be a decade - time sure flies by fast!
Here are some quick pics and hope you enjoy them.
Cheers,
Anthony

What a strong start this 21 announced, in 1997. The one and only one LE for this year.
A fascinating Watch, all in nuance. The Brown dial, the tritium indexes, the Rolex Cortebert, and the platinum case was a winning combination.
Feel free to post more pics, my Lucky friend.
Nicolas
and we need to have a SoCal GTG so that I can finally see one in the metal..
T-dial with strap that needs to be sewn on..
and that story of how you acquired it..just adds to this piece..
I am happy today...
and it looks like you wear the watch regularly. It will be a shame for such a piece to live in a safe.
An heirloom for sure !
Enjoyed the photos very much and I want one !
Thanks !
Sorry lost my mind there for a minute.
No one wanted to buy them back then.
