And there can be so many factors playing a role. But compared to the 448/449 that you mentioned, it might be difficult to see 424/425 being more collectable due to the sheer numbers of them in the markets. However, 10 or 15yrs down the road, they might be just as collectables as the others, who knows?
I'm interested to know, however, how does it play a role in terms of your fondness on the piece? Do you like it more/less because it's collectable?


Why? Because the dial is cleaner and more attractive in my eyes
Otherwise, it's difficult to predict the future in terms of collectibility when it comes to Panerai watches now since there are so many more pieces made today than before in the past.
