Well in that case .... if you can get a 447 I would buy it. I have no idea how it looks like, it must be a one of a kind piece
I guess you mean 448 or 449 ... and in that case I can't help you. Wy should it appreciate in value ? You own so many wonderfull watches , I can't imagine another few K is that important for you. Just buy the one you like the most. And to be honest, I like the standard 424 and 425 more than the 448 & 449 , these watches just look better with gold hands. But if you're only looking for value :-( ... than go for the 448 or 449
This message has been edited by Bruno.M1 on 2012-08-02 12:24:31The Cali dial of the PAM448 isn't my cup of tea and I feel I would get bored of the dial real quickly after the novelty wears off. On the other hand, the PAM449 dial is a looker IMO.
Also, I feel the Cali dials have been overused by Panerai, especially with the new Cali dial w/ OP logo. Cali dials don't seem "special" to me anymore.
Now with the PAM449 SLC dial, we won't know if Panerai will do the same thing with this dial, but I think they probably will over time.
