SIHH 2012 - Panerai Pocket Watch
Noticed these photos (care of Niffko) from SIHH. They seem to show a variation of OP's existing PAM365, Lo Scienziato, the 48mm black ceramic tourbillon.
What do you make of this unique piece, personally, I Like ! perhaps it has been made for a collector ?

Reminds me of the Richard Mille pocketwatch
I wonder why Panerai made this pocketwatch. Doesn't fit IMO.
