and together with the PAM 24, classics that have hardly changed in the 10 years they exist (they are both the longest running models).
While I personally prefer the 24, I do like the 25 very much. My favorites are from series A-C (1998-2000) where the bezel is not graduated and looks more like the Vintage Egiziano 2/56 it was based on. Needless to say, the dial is tritium unlike the current model.

And I totally agree with what he said.
I may add something... Between the 24 and the 25, I rather prefer the 24, because of its smooth dial...The Clous de Paris dial is very nice, but after a moment you can get rid of it.
And the smooth dial is as aslways " The simpler, the better, and the nicer ".
Best.

The 24, especially A-C series look real nice with polished-smooth bezel.
Cheers
I strongly believe that a nice and complete collection of pannies requires to get one of each historical models...
A Luminor, which can be the Logo Pre V, the queen of all the luminors...
A Rad, which can be a Cali or a 232, or an horological version like the 190.
A Chrono, and I only see the Mare as a legitim Panerai Chrono.
And a Sub, which is , for me, the one and only one Pam 24 A/B or C...
More, the 24 has another attractio for me, it's still an underrated Panerai, or more exactly, a Panerai which has a fair value,
not like the 127 that has an exagerated value...
Best.

.And your pic does give justice to it!
Even if I prefer the 24, I never meant that this 25 is not a very interesting watch, of course!
Thanks for this pic!

The 25A is, IMO, one of the most underrated PAM's.
Developed by Pre-V Panerai, if I'm correct, the modern 'Egiziano'. The titanium helps to give at nicely grey, not to shiny, historic look.
The 'hobnail' Clous de Paris dial gives it a certain depth and color. The way the indices and marks are applied is very nice to look at. White background with applied 'sausage' painted Tritium. Looks absolutely stunning. The A,B,C, series are the best with 5 minute clicking intervals and no hashmarks on the bezel. The A is the one to go for, well...just because it's A-series, with the nice A-box.
Gerard from Holland.
All specific characteristics of this 25A are such a great dream for collector.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
Cheers
Well for me that's a TRUE Panerai, what it is made for!
Congrats, and thanks for sharing!
