Picked this up recently and love it. As I mentioned in Ahoi's thread, its large dial and bold look are tempered by the blue hands and anonymous dial. For a big watch, it's very comfortable and hugs the wrist nicely.

I understand your perspective, which is shared by many, including Jose Perez, whom I respect. For me, it’s a watch with a minimalist design that I love that is tied to a difficult and complicated history. I probably own or consume many products that I shouldn’t based on history, labor practices, cruelty to animals, or other ethical considerations.
It boils down to a..personal..choice.
I'm not a proselytist and would never suggest to anyone NOT to buy, because of my belief. I don't judge the people that buy it, I don't want to take anything away from the enjoyment they derive from owning one o wearing it. I sleep extremely well, at night, knowing there's a whole lot of people with a 721 strapped on their wrist. That being said, if you put a gun to my temple and tell me: "Buy one", I would look you straight in the eyes and with a disarming smile on my lips, would answer: "Shoot". Fair?
