if you did then just go a charge back as the watch is not as described and let paypal swallow the loss.
with regard to paypal. if the description said it was a 165.024 but it doesnt have that reference on the caseback then its a clear case of not as described so you should argue the case with them.
i'm very surprised that paypal are being so unhelpful as they have always given me excellent service.

sadly this is a case of 'if buying an sm300 make sure you do a whole bunch of research' as there are just too many replicas out there.
a few pics of everything may help us to give you pointers to give to paypal as to why its wrong.

I have started a dispute case so that's why I need supporting document. It is a high quality of imitation and it could only get know when the thing on my hand. Beside that, the seller never answer question about the watch have no matter I ask alot. Now Paypal are giving 5 more days from now but I found it is impossible to have that document. I will just say the seller are protected more that I should have and himself have more than once fake what deal on Ebay before.

i'm not sure what else i can suggest other than a credit card charge back. they wont worry too much about written information, you'll probably be able to tell them about the forum and what people say about it.
what we really need are pictures of the whole lot so we might be able to pick up whats wrong with it.

did the seller answer questions before you bought it and if so what where his answers?
if he didnt answer questions i have to ask just 1. why did you buy from an unhelpful seller?

it is possible you may have a case of 'buy in haste, repent at leisure' but i wish you the best of luck.

I am not too experienced with eBay or PayPal but are you confined to paypal at this point or could you lodge a claim with eBay and see if they are more flexible? Has PayPal said that that will only accept authentication by swatch group? I believe that they should accept this from a professional watchmaker or even from some of the "heavyweights" here on the forum as G suggests. At least to get things going within they timeframe of 5 days.

They say the support document should have the letter head or name of the specialist, name and contact number of the watchmaker as well. Now I am urgently need some website who can provide me the document by sending all picture to them. Or else the seller will continue to fooling serious buyer around Ebay.

As you say, it may be difficult to assess the fraud through pictures only?

. . . and compare it to an image of the caseback that was represented as the genuine article?  I would think that should suffice.

I have done submited the supporting document from My poupette authentication service, hope it help.

I have to say that I have NEVER found PayPal to be supportive in this kind of issue.  They always seem to take the easy way out which is to side with the seller - i.e. the one they make most money out of.  My last dispute failed on a minor technicality when it was obvious to all that my purchase (not watch related) wasn't as promised.  I only use PayPal now when there is no alternative.  Just my opinion
