Wonderful cue dear Art! The purple wood is stunning!! Is it the purple heart? I have seen granadillo in some knife handles but it is reddish color.

You're right about granadillo, Abel - it is reddish in color . . .
. . . and I'll take a photo of the shaft next time. The cue is made from one piece of purpleheart wood, usually sourced in Guyana. The red palm forearm and butt are hollow sleeves slid into position on either side of the handle.
