My rose gold (non Japan) 1894 says hi. I do love it. Found it in HK at the street stall of a chap (who everyone in town knows), who specialises in vintage Rolex and dabbles a bit in vintage Omegas. One of those that’s just so right, I don’t know how I’d ever give it up.
But this platinum one…well!…I am such a sucker for white metal…phwooooar…bloody perfect…
Well, since we live in the times of goods particles many things are possible, but how likely is this!?

Two 1894 Japan Edition Omegas on one picture is quite a rare sight.
Congrats to yor friend!
I am searching for one myself and make up with this one in the meantime:
Not saying I will let it go, if the Japan is in the stable.😃
It was luck, I must say. Found it on the secondary market page of Rüchenbeck, a juweller. For a good price, in pristine condition and complete papers and box. One of my best purchases! 😃
