Very happy for you. On the press photo I didn't like the electric blue bridges, but in this more muted blue it is spot on. Looks great on that strap too. Bravo!

In fact, the blue of the bridges is much more beautiful in person than in the press photos. The right mix of that certain something and timelessness…

This watch is just as crazy as my journey to it.

A long journey also with recurring doubts.
And also with "hard" decisions (two watches had to make way).

This marvel is the most significant watch purchase I've made to date. It really wasn't an easy decision to let watches go. You followed it.

Interestingly, this was only an issue up until the actual purchase (signing the contract). After that, these watches (a Rolex Deep Sea JC and a Moser Henry Double Hairspring) were forgotten - without melancholy.

The only thing that counts is the joy of this beautiful work of art.



This shows me that I made a doubly right decision: buying this GP and also letting go of some watches that I honestly haven't worn much.

It’s indeed an incredible purchase.

It was a ... difficult birth. But these children usually grow on you the most.

I'm now trying to...slowly...realize that this fine specimen is now mine (according to GP, the first model of this series sold worldwide).

I've been wearing this watch since I bought it last Friday - with the utmost caution but not “babyishing” it - in all possible situations.
