and I'm negotiating about one. But not with AP. There was a nasty small fuck-up in Singapore Boutique and it takes some time (probably a long time) before I will clm down again.

Best, Kari

I love the end result.

When the service of AP Boutique is concerned, they are still tens of thousands of miles from Patek.

I'm happy with the end result but I left Singapore very upset.

Best, Kari

Looks great. AP rocks...

You beat me to it.  I have a custom rotor designed for my 15202 but have not sent it in yet.  Love the personal meaning on yours.

Here's the original design made by AP

Sorry, I could not load that. I need to change the format later.

Best, Kari

Thats how the design looked like when AP took the job.

 By: dr.kol : April 28th, 2015-07:55

The drawing is made by AP.

I must say that I was quite amazed when the work was processed and I got some pictures while they were making it. The whole oscillating weight was first made from one piece of red gold and then everything but the tanker was rhodium plated.

When I took the rotor into my hand and looked at the workmanship through a loupe, i must say it is simply incredible. Every detail is done just correctly and with the greatest attention of details.

I also heard why the watch stopped earlier. There was a small problem with the assembly and now it was running well for a week in AP and on my wrist it has worked already for 12 hours.

I am very happy with the implementation of my idea.

Beautfiul ! Well done !

I believe you are making us all want to do our own customization ! Congrats again! looks stunning!

That would be fun.

The last ones ordering now would get their rotor by 2050.

Absolutely amazing! I love that AP does this for customers.... [nt]

Kari, that is so cool to be able to personalize your Royal Oak and have it done properly by the manufacturer. You will have such a  unique watch to call your own.

Big Congrats!

Javier

But the re-sale value????

Mine was just a low joke.

Too often people speak about the resale value. Naturally, I will keep mine "forever".

Best, Kari

It looks really nice

I think it is always risky to change a watch in order to customize it.

Here, integrating your nice looking logo in the rotor was an excellent idea and it looks great that way.

Congratulations Kari and it is nice to see you share it here.

Cheers, Mark

Thanks Mark.

Now it's a shipping man's watch.

Best, Kari

Great idea and looks exactly like a tanker, love it, congrats [nt]

In fact a 115,000 dwt ice class Aframax. You can see that it's ice class 1A because the wings of the bridge are covered. But for that you would need a loupe or better picture.

Best, Kari
