Friends,
here is my attempt of capturing the dial colour of the new Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15202 in white gold.
I would not call it salmon, but more pale gold.
The finishing of the case and bracelet is amazing and the heft of white gold is clearly present.
My only problem is that for some reason the Royal Oak does not sit well on my wrist, even the watch is not too large.

Is the color of the date wheel a better match to the dial in person? This is the second photo I've seen of the watch that makes it look like the date wheel is quite a different color.
It is slightly different but likely exposed on the photo. Not an issue in real, I think. [nt]

I am fan of RO jumbo since many years ago and I do hope could have chance to add the new pink gold dial jumbo to complement my salmon. But I can only dream...

It also clearly show that the colours of the screw heads are due to light and reflections.

Seems a rather rare, version right? I have never seen this combination before, but then I am not very familiar with the Royal Oak Jumbo.

Not my watch and even if I wanted one, I think there is quite a waiting list. Was planned as Limited Edition but sold out quickly and now it is labeled as boutique edition.

Your right its not a dark salmon dail but still very nice imho . It fits my wrist very well i most say . I found it very comfy too .

Have you tried a 15300?
the jumbo or 15202 does not sit well on my wrist neither, but the 15300 being less flat does seem to be a better fit for my small chicken wrists.
I have but frankly don't recall, but I tried a few 15202 and it is just a bit strange on my wrist, I must have an odd shape :) [nt]

Date background color?
If I look at AP's website picture of the Salmon, the date background window seems exactly the same dial color, but looking at this live picture here posted it looks different?
Its because the caseback well if you can call it like that is flat, I've the same problem as it makes my wrist tired. [nt]

Not sure why they even showed this one.
They are only making 75 for the boutiques. I do not understand why they do not have a normal production WG 15202. They already limit the 15202 production, why not give the customer more options?
