Recently I was very fortunate to get my hands on a very special AP ROO Rosegold 25940OR which had its Rubber Bezel changed to a Ceramic Bezel.
I'd like to share some very nice pictures with all of you ! I hope that you like them!
If only the pushers and crown were ceramic...
And w/ the newer dial, I have dreamed of that myself...

Several months ago I was considering a Rose Gold RubberClad, but I much prefer the ceramic bezel. I called AP Service in Clearwater, FL and asked them, if I purchased a RubberClad, would they change the bezel for me to ceramic? They were very polite and informative, but told me this was not a modification that they would do. So I'd love to know the story of how the owner of this piece managed that!

Interesting replacement.
Looks kind of weird as I'm so used to seeing a rubber bezel on it. But it sure is more rugged and sturdy so to speak. Nice pics!

I can understand what you mean because the Rubberclad Rosegold is so iconic already and everyone is so used to it in rubber but like so many of my fellow AP friends I know - they wished it was on ceramic as the rubber tends to become glossy or crack over time whereas ceramic is so much more sturdy and inert . And I really love the deep shimmer of the top bezel brush polishing - it's so mesmerising to me - totally changes the look , and changes it in a very good way
The shimmer of ceramic does blow away plain old rubber...that's for sure! [nt]

I think AP should update model: ceramic bezel and pushers with exhibition back. I would love to see the same with rubber clad black and especially white dial. That white dial rubber clad is really something!
