I did consider JLC’s bespoke engraving service…
…but couldn’t settle on a design that didn’t break their rules of allowed designs.
At first i wanted to engrave JLC’s own calibre at the back of my watch. Nope! That wasn’t allowed. Ok, I guess that was due to trademarks and what not (even though it was JLC’s own calibre of this exact watch). But ok, fine. Then I was going to comission a local artist to hand design me a totally unique calibre for the JLC artists.
It turned out that wasn’t allowed either.
So I went with a city skyline laser engraving from JLC’s own collection. 🤷🏻♂️
