The thinnes and bracelet are great. But at the price asked, the value for money is quite low IMHO
Wirh the similar price with Rolex Land Dweller and GP Laureato, these are what we get from JLC (the 38mm time and date only ) :
1. 50 meter WR without screw down crown (as opposed to Rolex and GP with 100 mtr WR and screwed crown)
2. Old movement without any modern features except 70 hours PR (Rolex has one of the most advanced mass produced caliber, with anti magnetic hair spring etc)
3. No lume at all, poor legibility already shown in some videos.
IMO they should make the hands with all brushed finish, to improve the legibility against dark dial.
This watch is worth to buy in secondary market with 60-70% off retail price, that's when i will seriously consider.

Yes. The only win over Rolex is that we can walk out from JLC boutique with this watch, right away. No waiting list BS.
No way for me, design and especially the price are not to my liking😉 I would always take for much less money for instance the Breitling Perpetual Calendar Navitimer.
