I just found this listing of a Master Mariner on eBay from a seller from Argentina (usually alarm bells unfortunately when from Argentina).

At the very least I'm sure the crowns look replaced. Is this watch legit? Did such a piece ever exist in this form? I'm not likely to bid on it, more curious to learn than anything.

I think its Franken through and through.
