Speaking of GO, some of their watches were definitely in the frame for me as my hybrid daily wearer choice, but the one that I liked the best from a visual appearance perspective (the Sport Evlution Impact) was just too big for me. Navigator Perpetual Calendar is great and I pondered it a bit, but didn't quite make it for me on the "sporty" end of the evaluation scheme (that piece is still in the frame for me as a future acquisition, though).
We are certainly spoiled for choice these days!

Thanks for this post,
I have een looking for a luxury sports watch for quite a while now and I can not seem to make up my mind (the AP RO was one of my first choices though). Also because a number od ADs actually told me that actually none of these high end watches are suited to swim, golf, run, ...
So I wanted to know swhether wou actually use those watches to do sports and if yes if wou have ever encountered issues with it?
Tx a lot!

...where any 'sport' involves a comfortable chair and a remote control, it is possible to have quite a broad range of luxury 'sport' watches in SS from which to choose favourites. A nostalgic favourite, picked for its 'retro' classicism, is this one -
Of course, if there's nothing on television and there is no choice but to get wet, then there is no better 'beater' than -

Love how crisp it is -- great look.

I am taking either my Patek Nautilus, AP Royal Oak, VC Overseas, Breguet Marine or BB Aqualung. All of them have their merits.
But if real sport, in my case diving, is in the program, I am choosing one of many Rolex Submariners - those are very hard to beat. In some cases I might take Blancpain Fifty Fathoms or my GP Sea Hawk II in Ti with Ti bracelet. That is really a nice watch! I think this one has not received the appreciation it deserves.
Best, Kari
