Horological Meandering

I do not really remember when and why I bought this watch. Anyhow, it was probably made before Zenith became "funny". Now when I look with fresh eyes, it is quite interesting.

I also found an AP I have never worn. I bought it from AP Boutique and according to them, the watch is one of 25 made. I will take some pictures during the coming weekend and let's see if one of the 24 others made can be found from this Forum.

...do you mean that they were once lost? Or you had simply forgotten that you own them? Either way, you must have an incredible collection if such pieces can be 'forgotten'

No, I never lost it. But at the same time I probably never liked it and just left it to the original box and the box somewhere. Now when I just moved, I started to look what i have bought one day and "found" some funny watches. But in the end I am not a real collector - I just happen to love nice watches.

But the point is that after the watch has rested a couple of years, it is possible to see the same in a totally new way.

I have played with such a watch a couple of times. A Russian-Georgian business man has one and my feeling was that this gentleman owning a medium sized oil company belongs to the group you know as your Clients.

Could it be that you had a long handshake with him and the watch jumped to his wrist?
