....the list will be huge.
Is the intent to compile a list of all mechanical alarm watches?
I am not sure if I am missing something here, but there are a bunch of other alarm watches right? The Blancpain Leman GMT Alarm, the Breguet GMT Alarm, the Vulcain watches of which there are many.

Sorry, I read to quickly.
By the way do you know of this site which has many examples of alarms and a pretty long list of alarm watches and movements?

it had a different operation to the cricket. the inner dust cover was 'tuned' and acted like a bell as a pin vibrated against it from the movement. it is recognisable by only having 1 crown which worked both the winding and the alarm. it sounds great, like a bell, but beware any from India. its a long story, but effectively a lot of nos lanco's were found in India without the inner bell so new ones have been fashioned out of poor steel and the sound is equally appalling. easily found on the bay and should be avoided. the correct dust covers are recognisable as they have a couple of small holes in them and the inside has some milling to tune them.
i found a lot of alarm watches on youtube.
what you should really be doing is finding the calibre of movement such as AS 5008 and which companies use that calibre. that will save a lot of repetition and a huge list of watches which all have the same calibre.

I really like those Lanco-Fons. Single crown and no activation button makes it a neat design (though I do wonder how easy it is to accidentally deactivate the alarm with your wrist). The pin activation is also cool and unique.
As you say, AS made many Alarm movements, which must have ended up in all manner of brands, Enicar, Junghans in addition to your listings of Gruen and Benrus. I think Lemania did the Omega alarm?
