Horological Meandering

Here's a Chronoswiss Kairos from the early - middle 1990's. I've had it sitting in a drawer for about 15 years figuring it was already at least 10 years old when I got it, and for sure a service should be done before wearing it much.

Fast forward, and last week it came back from that needed service, courtesy of Lange NYC.

The movement is a Valjoux 23, so a good bit older than even the watch.

I think it's kind of cool, but not something I can see wearing a lot.

I like union crowns on a watch a lot, so i look which chronoswiss watch is a stunning peace of timekeeping. 

I own a watch with an union crown, so i am proud of Longines. 

Chronoswiss is an interesting brand with a nice history. 

I can say, it is time to buy. But first i must buy a Baume & Mercier, and after the classima it is time for my first Cartier Santos 100XL larrge with blue dial.
