If you are going to start with independents, Kari is a splendid choice!  Looks beautiful -- and as time has passed I have to confess that perhaps the Vingt-8 is a match for my beloved Observatoire

Congrats on a Vingt-8, to me the KV watch to own, although I'd prefer a different dial/hands combo.
