Picked up my H.Moser Mayu yesterday afternoon after a long search and wait. 

I love this forum - it has certainly piqued my interest in independent watchmakers. So here is the first "independent" watch to my collection. Love it. Thought i'd share some pics.

That's a very lovely piece!  Welcome here and many thanks for sharing.

Congratulations, and enjoy.  Now that you've 'emerged', here's to seeing much more of you.

This is proving to be a rarer piece than one thought. Apparently, post acquisition , H Moser will no longer make palladium cases or double hairsprings. Not sure why for the palladium, but definitely because of the expense of the latter. Moser has to go through dozens if not hundreds of hairsprings to find two that lineup exactly the same. These double hairsprings are also used in the Laurent Ferrier tourbys. But because delivery is so slow, they are intending to stop sourcing from them and look for other suppliers.
