Did LeRoy cancel the Osmior Chronometre tourbillon with fusee and chain?

Quick LeRoy question of purely academic interest. A couple of years ago the brand "introduced" two watches with a proprietary escapement. The first was the Osmior Chronomètre à Tourbillon with fusee and chain (calibre 100) and the second was the observatoire chronometre with the calibre 200. The latter was produced in a one-off piece in aluminum for Only Watch, but was deemed impractical to produce IIRC. My question is, was the Osmior Chronomètre à Tourbillon also canceled? It was not at their booth at Basel this year and does not appear to have ever been listed on the brand's website.
The 'Watchmaker Designer' has probably caused more lawsuits than he produced watches...

and the causalities long his career are ample... Leroy, Chronoswiss, Brogsitter, Fabrication de Montres Normandes, you name it. Legal cases went up to the European Court of Justice.
The tragedy is that he really knows the watchmaking part, there is something else which constantly causes havoc.
1,5 decades ago a good watchmaker friend and industry insider already warned me: when you hear that name - you better run as fast as you can.
I noticed that he is currently setting up another watchmaking company, this time under his own name... Déjà vu or not?
