CdV on denim today.
I went ahead and got the VC denim strap (semi-gloss/matte) as an alternative to the previous non-OEM lighter/baby blue strap. This denim strap does better match the blue chrono hand and tachymeter numbers, in certain lighting. I was worried about the gloss, but it’s not bad or overwhelming.
Plus, the strap lightens in color in brighter light.
Very, very close. The gloss isn’t much, but I wonder how a matte finish would look.
But I’m not complaining ☺️

Actually, the second picture is the same new strap as the first picture…it just takes on a bit of a lighter hue in strong lighting conditions, which I think is kinda cool since I like that color too.☺️
Agreed. While im leaning toward the darker denim, there are times when change is nice👌🏽
The Vacheron Constantin Cornes de Vache is such a classy and beautiful watch.
I find this blue version to be the nicest of them all and whilst both straps look great I do think the darker strap works even better. Wear and enjoy it in good health.
