fits very well, except I wear my watches on the right (or wrong) hand 😅
I like this watch. Great size. Nice movement. And one of the best cases in VC’s catalogue and that’s saying something.

my observation of a similar watch I owned is that it's possible to be confused by the three similar hands, when looked at in a hurry or at an angle. See below:
True, the tip is red and on your proposed watch the hands are different colors, but who knows if that works in low light or at an angle. Try it out and let us know please!

and there will be times when I read it wrong. but then again, I wear watches now-a-days for more of a vanity reason 😅
I’ve tried it on twice in 2022,
first in February, then in July: I loved the case, lugs and triple calendar complication with peripheral date display. Two things gave me mixed feelings though: the champagne color of the dial, which didn’t completely work for me, and the fact that the 4400 caliber which is a lovely manual wound caliber looks a little small in the 40mm case back (it looks much better imo in the 38mm Traditionnelle 82172). One last thing: I personally liked this Triple Calendar much better than the 1921 (a matter of purely personal taste of course).
The dial color is a good callout - I didn’t like it. But if you do, this is a great watch.
I think this watch looks awesome — I always enjoy seeing wrist shots of it on this forum.
I have this with the red accent.
It is very true to the original. I like the stick hands and the texture of the dial.
I should dig out mine and give it some wrist time.
