Cool signs. It's sad that last one, due to kids and people riding them like motorcycles, had caused them to be banned in some areas.
In Manhattan Beach California, there is a real problem, with gangs of young kids racing them around everywhere to the point that they may soon be banned on the Strand, a bike path along the ocean.
Here now all e-bikes have to be registered just like motorcycles, and class 3 bikes have to be insured. Class 1 is probably next and soon. A minority of reckless cyclists are ruining it for everyone.
