The dial color is electric blue and the crystal is particularly cool as it is raised and bevelled and has an internal dome giving it a pretty cool effect. I picked a new old stock one a few years ago on eBay from a guy who's late uncle was a Zenith watchmaker in Turkey that had amassed a collection of new old stock (NOS) Zenith watches. The watch ended up being too small for my tastes. It is the traditional 36mm men's size. I contacted Zenith with the numbers on the case-back and they said it was manufactured at their Le Locle headquarters in 1976. It has the last automatic 3 hand and calendar movement 2572PC in-house movement made by Zenith before they scrapped their machines (as history would indicate someone kept the El Primero dies, not the ones for this watch however) so the movement was never to be produced again.
It's been sitting in my watch box for a few years. It has not been serviced and oddly keeps excellent time. I put it on my Timegrapher the other day. Pardon the old pics below, taken probably with an early gen iPhone a few years ago. If anyone is interested I will take better pics. I love blue mechanical watches and this one is high beat 28,800 bph and has an in-house movement. The integral bracelet design reminded me of Gerald Genta designs. I don't know who was designing watches for Zenith in the 1970s though. The glossy blue dial and bevelled thick crystal is mesmerizing. Few times one is able to purchase such a rare NOS watch. It is a time capsule.
