The bracelet makes the watch look nice ;-)

 By: rnaden : November 16th, 2014-05:00
Kidding. This piece is one of the most un-Patek of Patek, which IMO, is why I like it so much. Nice to see this one, my friend.

Very well said, my dear Richard. That may also be the reason why I appreciate it so much. [nt]

Love the watch! Now, that ring...

 By: Esharp : November 16th, 2014-05:43
...we looked at that design for a wedding ring but - well, maybe my fingers are too fat! - but it was quite uncomfortable. You must have more elegant hands than I (and I don't just mean the watches!) - very nice!

(We looked at all kinds of very modern designs but ended up with a different model from the same place as you because the others just weren't as wearable - rather Art Deco in its design, although I doubt anyone except me ever notices.)

Enjoy it all in good health!

But sometimes, it is safer to do so...

:) To ensure they are wholesome, we need to check the front and rear ;)

But sometimes we can correct them. Are you planning to do so?

 By: amanico : November 16th, 2014-06:48

Or do you consider that th P is enough? Which would also be a valid position....

Best,

Nicolas

I am evaluating a lot to be honest....

 By: Baron - Mr Red : November 16th, 2014-06:53
.....To be honest, I love all 4 of the 5070s, and have difficulty deciding my least favourite. The P is very special to me....and as my collection reflects, it is the one I like most. I think I would either choose to own just the P....or embark on a longer term plan to collect the 4....however, as you have commented, the set of 5110s also provides some delicious thoughts....so its all in the melting pot as I consider 2015. On Patek, I have to say, the 5131G is another that would sit very nicely alongside the 5110G...anoher way to go on white gold world time....many variables.

Some tempting goals...

 By: amanico : November 16th, 2014-06:57

I for one would go for the 4 5110, because I love that ref so much that it would not bother me to do so...

But adding a 5131G would make a lot of sense, if...There was not this ridiculous premium related to this Watch.

Best,Nicolas
