Sir, that is a GORGEOUS piece … if you allow me to add 7 pictures …
unfortunately not my watch but a few years ago I had the chance to see it at my AD
He called me and asked if I wanted to see a very nice grande complication, so I wen tot his shop , played with the watch and took these pictures.
One of these that I will never forget 
Gorgeous and stunning....but I will be happy for now just to
settle for the 5205R.....not really have much time to enjoy all those complications and to take good care of it.
I'm happy just to admire the pictures.

The 5207P with the Salmon dial, is my absolute grail piece.
I had the pleasure of trying one on and listening to it's chime, while visiting the Geneva Salon a few years ago.
