In fact the watch could be 2 mm larger but clearly smaller than the platinum model.
What I love in mine is the Golden Ellipse folding clasp:

Went in an auction in Asia lately along a 3939 with mother of pearl dial and another 5004 with black dial and roman numbers. Amazing set!

I think you've put your finger on a very interesting point, the blue theme in Patek watches. With their talent to always tease us, feels like there isn't 2 blue that are the same. Makes me want to have them all.
