comes to my mind when I think about Patek Philippe dual time zone watches.
2597 HS, 5034, 5134 and now 5164. The latter is the first one with an automatic movement and water resistant to 120m, even better for modern (business-) travellers.
So far I haven´t had the possibility to try one on my wrist, but it could be addictive
