I like the watch, don't love it but like it
But almost 27.000 euro ??? for a steel watch with 2 timezones on a rubber strap ?? Are they nuts !!!!
Actually I have a 5167 and I like it very much for casual wear, simple and elegant, so thin that you dont feel its there. For the 5164, I like the 2 pushers on the left, it matches to the crown guard on the right. The let down is the date display, a simple date window will do the job perfectly, the globe and the dial date display just clutters the already busy face.
I really like the travel time complication but the rubber strap is a turn off for me at this price.
A few months ago I had a business meeting and the guy opposite me was wearing an aquanaut on a rubber strap. It really clashed badly with the smart business attire.
A travel time watch like this is likely going to be worn in meetings unless you want to take two Pateks with you and leave one in the hotel safe.......
If the pricing wasn't so mental I'd seriously consider it.
as often with Patek ,
looking at the pics : not my cup of tea ,
when in the flesh : cherry on the cake (maybe)
if you see what i mean
some would be GREAT ! LOL

At first, on the photo shop pictures in particular, it looked odd, to put it mildly.
With the first real pictures it showed itself: it is truely a double Aquanaut.
Firstly it comes with asecond "sub-globe" dial which is the little globe of the pointer date.
What I like most in the simple version is this unique dial structure that reminds me of the world as a globe.
As a sucker of a pointer date I must say: great addition!
Secondly the added function of a second time zone and a day/night indicator makes it a perfect toolwatch for
frequent travelers.
Overall I am tempted to say that this is the version with most credible design and function for an Aquanaut.
The first edition to me was never a sports watch: too costly and too elegant.
My two problems now are:
funding the monet for it and secondly: a new job, where I can enjoy it as a frequent traveller.
Same old problems again
!

I like the large date wheel, but not the skeleton hour hand. And as others have pointed out the price!???
Cheers,
