Through the courtesy of a good friend, I was lucky enough to try it on my wrist...
As a platinum piece, it feels extraordinarily light but suffice it to say that the craftsmanship is superb and the minute repeating function incredibly pleasing to the ear. In line with the Patek tradition, the tourbillon was subtlely hidden at the back of the watch. Unfortunately we did not have the time to test the instantaneous perpetual calendar function.
Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures, but I hope you will enjoy photos of this rare bird in the flesh.
Sam

I hope to see this one irl one day too
thanks for the pics !
... what size exactly is this watch ?? I dont think my wrist is big enough for this watch. My own opinion, this watch looks very futuristic to me. The dial, is it skin flesh color or pink, cant tell from this pic. But i do thank U for sharing. Where is Patek taking us with this design ? Is Patek leaning towards the avant garde line in upcoming future ??
I wish.....the second watch that paled in the background was only a Glashutte PanoInverse XL in WG
But very observant of you.
Sam

Your friends are nice to lend it to you
Looks very big indeed but the color combination is nice
Why is Patek increasing the font size for their brand?? For the basic models, one could understand but for such a high end piece, it is a strange strategy
And I forgot to mention that I put this one on my wrist as well
A Roger Dubuis Skeleton Tourbillon in titanium

Again, I apologize for the appalling picture quality as it was getting dark and I was using a basic digital cam. What a lovely piece...but of course nothing like the 5207.
Enjoy.
Sam
In a rush to create the post late last night, I mistyped the model number...I woke up this morning and realized the mistake
Terribly sorry folks
Sam
The 5207 is my grail watch, it has every complication that I would like in a watch.
And at 41mm it is bigger then I thought.
Your friend, I can only assume is a very good PP collector and whom I am quite envious off.
If I was extremely fortunate to own such a masterpiece, it would seldom leave my wrist.
And what a lucky friend you have, and he is!
Thanks for sharing!
