Patek 2508 and 570 in Japan and an introduction
Hi all,
First post here! I am a Canadian and have been collecting for a decade or so.
I have recently sold off my Omegas and JLCs and shifted focus to vintage Patek, I am currently hunting a mint YG 2508. 
I am visiting Japan and have been asking around for any Calatravas. The dealer had a steel 2508 and a platinum 570 (I thought it was a regular WG!), really a treat to handle them in person.
I hope to learn more here and offer help where I can. I look forward to meeting you all,

It seems like vintage Patek is more challenging than my usual Omega and JLC. eBay alone will not work

I was there in december. Nice people. Time anagram also has some nice non rolext vintage pieces.

I was just in Shibuya. Their offerings look great. Will see if my gf lets me do more watch shopping when we're back in Tokyo haha
I'm glad you enjoyed your tour of Tokyo's watch shops. There are plenty of cheap and delicious restaurants, aren't there? This is my 2508.

I was very adamant about getting a 570 but the waterproofing and beefier case of the 2508 swayed me.
