A friend of mine asked me to compare the 3923 and 3796, so I took a photo of the two watches. They are the 3923A (Japan Limited) and the 3796P (a model that does not have the usual diamond index). At this time, I realized again that although the steel (A)
At this time, I realized again that although the steel (A) is certainly easy to use, the platinum is very effective.Especially in the case of smaller models
That's right (^^♪ When I copied and pasted a sentence created using a computer translation software, it went beyond the limit and the meaning became unclear.
I saw one 3796P put up for sales by Subdial (a company from the UK) for £15K abt 3 weeks ago. But it is sold after 1 day they posted online. You can have a look of the watch from its YouTube channel (episode #216).
It just happened that I’ve been looking at these two reference

in the last few months. I can’t decide on which model given the similar price point, size and style, and their availability in my city (HKG).
I tried a 3796R a couple of days ago. It looks small on the display shelf, but it wears like a 34mm on my wrist. I do not have a watch with similar bezel like it.
For 3923, I didn’t see one in person yet, so I’m unable to try and compare it with 3796. Personally, I found 3923 has a more classic look, maybe due to its smooth, round bezel and lugs.
But it seems that I’m leaning towards to 3796, maybe due to its sleek, Bauhaus style looking, which is more ‘causal wear’ friendly (so I may have more time to wear it on the weekends).
Ladies and gentlemen, please throw me any suggestions about the two. Or, any others reference that I can look at with similar designs and size? Thank you!
I like that east-west dial finish on the 3923. Patek usually goes north-south. In this case I think I have a marginal preference for the 3923. Luckily you don’t have to choose!
There's also a 3923 Harrods (36 made)... rose gold, silvered dial, Breguet hands and numbers, gold dropplets minute markets. i had #14, one guy online had #0. A gal i know had #12.
