display only and not for sale 😔 , but hey, at least I got to see, inspect and put on my wrist(s) ! 😃
The dial texture is very interesting ! The travel time annual calendar is also very lovely with the Clous de Paris on the sides of the case. 👍
Both are hard to get allocation but the AR travel time has a longet queue apparently 😔
Have you seen these two and what are your thoughts on them ?

I love the 5226G Gordon
surprisingly even at 40mm, it fitted me well. I blame the lugs for that!

Someone is always guilty But I have tried on 39mm Pateks that have worn too large so it was a pleasant surprise that the 5226G fitted me well. Hopefully mine will arrive later this year - hopefully!

these days I will only believe that I have been allocated a watch when the AD informs me that it has arrived.
Both of these models are certainly unique, both for PP and the industry in general
Personally, though, I think the clous de paris on the case flanks is out of place. These really aren’t meant to be dress watches in the formal sense imho

have Clous de Paris on a non-sports watch.
For example, 5531 also has the similar pattern.
Between these two, it would take the time only version as Patek has other Calendar reference that look equally beautiful

I’m madly in love with the 5226G
It took me some time and I was mostly disappointed on all Patek releases for 2022 to be honest. I liked this one but couldn’t understand why they didn’t have the new Calatrava movement in that one with the double barrel system which seems highly sophisticated and an amazing development by PP.
I can see now why they chose the automatic 26-330 S C with stop seconds and other improvements to the previous 324 caliber range, since it being more of a sports watch.
And since I’m now in love with the looks and the subtle complexity of the case, I just signed up for one.😊

Humm, being a Patek fan and all, I can't warm up to these.
First of all, it's the dial. I haven't seen in person, but in pics, the dial doesn't look sophisticated. It looks clunky chunky to me.
Thanks for sharing, but the whole design package to me seems very plain and ordinary.
Actually, the clous de Paris side gives the watch some pizzaz worthy of a Patek. That I like.
