Correct, the whole 5160G, hence including the buckle, is in G gold (of course easier to work with than P, but this definitely doesn't detract anything from its spectacular details! ;-)

Similarly, for consistency, both the case and clasp of the 5088/100P are in Platinum. However, the base of the dial where the engraving is performed is again in G gold (and the black portion is enamel)
Hand-engraved P case
Hand-engraved P buckle
The hand engraving on the dial is on a base of G gold, and then filled in with black enamel
Thanks Filip, I honestly don't know more about these cufflinks but my guess is they may *not* be purchased separately from the watch, given their "6300" reference number (it will be no problem to ask though, if you are interested).

The closest ones in Patek's catalog that can be ordered via your ADs are probably these:
I wasn't even aware of the assortment on offer.... Thanks for sharing the links, when I was at the boutique in Beverly Hills last summer, they had absolutely none ....
My pleasure, this is Patek's "Jewelry & Accessories" collection, and I am reasonably confident that many of these products are (even in this day and age! ;-))) easily available upon request ;-) Cheers.
That’s $&%*ing crazy…. I would never want a jeweled watch but this is an exception.

They are perfect. Unbelievable the attention and time that goes into pieces like these. That side profile picture of the grand comp is crazy. No doubt there are some people who will buy 1 of each. That would be a nice set to have
Many thanks for commenting, B. --- both the horological and the artistic aspects are indeed showcased at their finest in these pieces! :-)

Here's some information taken from Patek's site, if you or other members are interested in learning more on this most beautiful artistic craft of "gemsetting":
PS: I frankly doubt many people will be able to get an allocation of one of each (especially when it comes to the 6300), but it would be VERY hard to imagine a more exclusive watch collection than one containing the four 6300G produced so far: the original -001, the current "regular" -010, and the two "high jewelry" 6300/400 and /401!!!
...those 5271s are incredible! If I could, I would rock them without question. Owning both would be amazing, switching from blue to red depending on your mood.
