Well, like you, I love the 5990/1A a lot. So when the /1R was introduced last year and my AD asked me if I wanted to have one, I couldn’t really refuse. I got the /1R only very recently so that I’m not in a position to make a fair verdict but I see myself wearing the /1A much more than the /1R. The latter is just very loud and heavy.
