I would buy a 5170J if it had leaf hands, scale or not, but no such thing exists and I'm not Eric Clapton : )
Not a PP guy because of current means but this is absolutely stunning...
If I were to want a PP it might be this one and probably my favorite PP that has been shared on this forum!

The 5170 with it's purity and nice proportions is a stunning watch. I much prefer this reference over the 5070 and wear it with pride and joy. Beside my Datograph the best modern chrono out there

I want to also try it on an olive one. Maybe a darker blue and a burgundy, as well. There’s just a ton of versatility here that allows the personality of the watch come out in a way that it doesn’t on the stock strap, in my opinion.

5170G-001 is a very beautiful watch.
Unfortunately this watch was not well received by the collectors and I have seen they are still available at ADs.

The 5170G should be far more popular than it is, particularly since it can be worn with jeans. If it was cased in steel, the demand would be aggressive.
