I had the chance to try this at length today.
I thought it smart, light and very comfy. Dial is super clear and easy to read with a little bit of whimsy thrown in. 👍

Nope, I guess there was some confusion about this, but in fact the first thing they'll tell you when they show you this piece is that it is NOT an annual calendar.
It's a simpler 'weekly calendar', where you can just track the week of the year (besides of course the time and date). Cheers.
Yikes...
Seems a bit half assed of Patek to not make this an annual calendar. I mean it's interesting to know the week of year but at this price I'd expect to not have to adjust the date 5 times a year. Whatever... I'm clearly not their target for this watch.
If I have to guess, Patek’s reasoning might have been exactly the opposite...to take it easy on the complications so as to keep the price ‘low’..😉😇 [nt]
