loved them both from the beginning, (except the price .....) so that means i will have to sell some pieces of my collection to fund these whenever i would be able to get them but I think I would wear them a lot so that
But the question is will you order one...? I sense your still not convinced and I assume it is the writing on the dial which although is subtle when viewed in real life is obviously still maybe an issue..? What would you do if they put the diamonds on the regular version...!!
previously I bashed the anniversary models from just one illustrated photo. Terrible on my behalf, your real life personal photos have inspired new respect into the models. Let us know which model you decide to buy.
The diamond indices are fine and actually look good, I don't usually like diamonds. I personally don't like the 40th anniversary on the dial, even though it does not look very obvious. Just not my thing. I prefer a dial with not too much writing. The size of the Chrono is absolutely fine on your wrist. At the end of the day, it is a personal decision. Good luck with your decision. All the best.
even if you don't warm up to them they will become more valuable with time and you can still get your money back, if not more.
They are special pieces after all. The question is whether you are going to get something that you have fallen in love with or a piece of history. What I don't know is how scratches show up on these (I have an aversion to scratches) given that they are softer metal then stainless steel and the finish is satin.
They are beautiful, especially the dark color changes on the dial. To be honest, I forgot about the date markings until it was mentioned on the posts. It just shows how subtle they are.
