Formula one looks so boring compared to these nutters on their 280 hp motorcycles speeding up to 364 kph.
These guys are out of this world, even for non bike guys it is fun to watch.

The 13 inch with 165/70 on the 205 are funny.
16 inch on my 2007 A4 and my van.
215/45/17 for the Clio.
And the 245/35/19 on the Megane are a bit too much, wish it had the standard 235/45/18.

I deleted the spare tire so mine must be 799 kilos 😂.
This week i will try to put it on a car balance to see exactlt how much it weighs. I could delete the rear seats but i think they only weigh around 15 kilos.
Maybe i can order carbon doors, carbon hood, carbon hatch and carbon wheels 😁.

I can turn the steering wheel 4 times from complete left lock to right lock.
My modern Megane RS only has 2,5 from one side to another.
So turn-in of the 205 is much slower, offcourse much also depends the tires, suspension and weight of the car but the 205 really gives you that old skool satisfaction. It makes you feel like Paddy Hopkirk during a 60ies rallye stage whereas the Megane makes you feel like a modern Formula One racer i suppose 😁.

Put the 205 on the scale and the result was amazing !
860 kilos with me inside and about 10 -15 litre of fuel.

I am watching MotoGP
and F1 all my life. It is absolutely agreed that the spectacle MotoGP and the closeness of racing it offers can only be dreamt by F1.
If F1 would abolish/minimize wings that would be a great step, but let’s see if they ever get the guts to do. Let’s see if next year’s rules will help.

I loved F1 back in the late 70ies and the 80ies as a young kid.
Late ron it became really boring apart some races.
MotoGP has always been exciting, like SBK. Schwantz, Rainey, Doohan, Foggy etc ... some crazy stuff going on then ... but even now it’s still as crazy or even more than it used to be.
During the late 90ies, early 2000’s i often went to see SBK at Brands Hatch, Donnington, Assen and the 24h of Spa as well. I even was invited at Ducati and having lunch together with Foggy, Falappa and some other Ducati blokes. Great times but long gone now.

I was closer to F1 than MotoGP, although have gotten to know closely all big F1 and MotoGP stars of the last 20 years thanks to my previous company, whereby we were measuring all of their vital signs also during racing, while a sister company of mine has been managing their health overall, so go to really know them well.
I still follow but clearly there are no Senna’s and Rainey’s. Alonso is the last magician imo, but always driving crap cars..

That’s very cool to say the least.
Were you ever invited at one of Michael Schumachers birthday parties in Switzerland ? A friend of me joined on a few occasions, he is a real Schumi fan. I remember him showing me some karting results back from the 80ies in Genk(Belgium) i believe. ‘Look look ‘ he said to me .... ‘ this race i finished in front of Michael’ 😆 ... ‘ but a couple of weeks later suddenly nobody was able to even follow him 🤣.
All these guys are probably born on another planet 😀.
